Garrett is a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEi).  He has received certifications as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) and Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
